FULL DAY HIGH SCHOOL PRE-SEASON

INDIVIDUAL / TEAM CAMP
“Get a headstart on the High School season”

This program is for the aspiring individual player or partial/entire team who wants to be in a serious Soccer environment; who wants to work on the skill development of his or her game; and who wants to move his or her match playing performance to the next level. Training focuses on all positions: forwards, mid-fielders, defenders and goalkeepers.

The program consists of a full week of intensive training with your teammates and our Senior Staff. The morning session is comprised of intensive team sessions featuring Technical, Tactical and Functional Training. The afternoon session focus switches from technical development to scrimmage situations, involving both small-sided games and full-sided matches against other teams that are attending camp.
Individual players will be placed into groups based upon grade level, position and playing ability. Our emphasis is to prepare all players physically and psychologically to do well during the try-outs at his or her respective High Schools.

Goalkeeping will be done every day as part of the program, specifically with regards to the Technical and Tactical awareness of the game.
